By participating in the SHBA MOVEMENT Brand Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Participation

To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active social media presence with a significant following. SHBA MOVEMENT reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Ambassador Responsibilities

As a Brand Ambassador, you agree to:

• Represent SHBA MOVEMENT in a positive and professional manner.
• Promote SHBA MOVEMENT products through your social media channels and personal network.
• Use the provided referral link to track sales and commissions.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your social media accounts and contact details.
• Adhere to the guidelines provided by SHBA MOVEMENT for content creation and promotion.

3. Product Samples and Gifts

SHBA MOVEMENT may provide you with product samples or gifts for promotional purposes. These items are not for resale, and you must disclose that you received them as part of your participation in the Program.

4. Commissions and Payments

If agreed upon between you and SHBA MOVEMENT, you may be eligible to receive a commission for sales generated through your unique referral link. In such cases, commissions will be calculated and paid out as specified by SHBA MOVEMENT. Payouts will be made on a monthly basis, and any returns or canceled orders will be deducted from your commission.

Please note that commissions are only applicable if a specific commission arrangement has been agreed upon between you and SHBA MOVEMENT. In some cases, brand ambassadors may only receive free products or other non-monetary benefits as part of their participation in the Program.

5. Intellectual Property

SHBA MOVEMENT grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials for the sole purpose of promoting our products as part of the Program. You must comply with any usage guidelines provided by SHBA MOVEMENT.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep any confidential information received as part of your participation in the Program private and secure. This includes, but is not limited to, product samples, pricing, and marketing strategies.

7. Termination

SHBA MOVEMENT reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease using any provided marketing materials and return any product samples or gifts if requested.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from your participation in the Program shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Modifications
